A NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR
“Start with the heart and work outward. Start with the head and work inward.” ~Nancy Foley
When the need to refer to a manual of any type is apparent, we just want to know which button to push to get the preferred result. To that end, the cross-reference concepts presented herein are brief and effective and humorously illustrated for effortless consideration.
The tools and methods suggested herein are intended as a supplement to, not a substitute for, medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.
Any references to ‘Goddess/God’, ‘Divine’, ‘Faith’ ‘Blessings’, ‘Spirituality’ and the like are intended as non-denominational generalizations referring to those of your personal understanding and choice. If you are at all uncomfortable with any of these terms, I invite you to consider them as forces of nature and support from the Universe. The results will be the same. I use the terms ‘Goddess/God’ and ‘Universe’ interchangeably, referring to our creative power and capacity of free will.
In this reality, power can be perceived as power ‘over’ in a detrimental sense. However, when I make reference to your ‘power’, I’m referring to your free will and the capacity to orchestrate yourself and your realitivity (Yes, you read that word correctly) to create and enjoy a fulfilling life.
When I speak of our Soul, Spirit and consciousness, I refer to our Soul as our being and awareness of the being of all things which is consciousness with our Spirit being the expression of our Soul.
I make reference to several children’s stories and characters herein as there’s a lot to be said for the messages woven within them. Lest we forget that they’re written by children with experiential wisdom.
